Mediterranean Tuna & Cream Cheese Spread
Ingredients
- 180 g well-drained tuna
- 250 g cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
- 30 g walnuts
- green onion stalks to taste
- a handful of fresh parsley leaves
- ½ teaspoon salt
- pepper optional
